Schedule:
40 hours per week, Permanent, Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per year plus bonus
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a leading manufacturing company. This opportunity sits in the client's Sterling, VA office. This is a full-time opportunity. Successful incumbent will have 2+ years of payroll experience and any experience with taxes or benefits is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for our employees on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date
- Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing (required)
- Experience with payroll taxes (preferred)
