We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to play a hands-on role in full-cycle GL accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and special projects. General Ledger & Month-End Close

• Support the month-end closing process by reconciling assigned accounts and preparing/posting journal entries.
• Complete bank and other account reconciliations accurately and on schedule.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist the Senior Controller and Controller in preparing monthly financial statements.
• Provide revenue and expense analysis for month-end and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Support the team during year-end audits and the annual budget process.
• Participate in other financial analysis initiatives as assigned.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support

• Prepare schedules, research accounting issues, and work daily with Staff Accountants, Accounts Payable, Controllers, and accounting systems staff.
• Back up team members as needed and assist in the training of new employees.
• Take initiative on special projects and demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset.
