Nightwing is seeking a Building Project Coordinator to join a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The Building Coordinator will be an integral part of the team providing occupancy management for this facility. A successful coordinator will possess a broad range of experience to support quick reaction and long-term planning for facility requirements. The building coordinator will be the initial point of contact for building occupants regarding operational needs.
Working closely with the Facilities Program Manager, the primary focus will be to ensure operational coordination among the facilities team, building occupants, and vendors.
The coordinator is responsible for daily operations such as mail handling, inventory management, basic procurement, and logistical support for local movements. They will assist in emergency situations, including EMS calls and procedures. Occupancy management will include maintaining tenant contact information, among other responsibilities as they arise.
The Building Coordinator will also support overall building events, including training sessions and managing event gatherings as required.
Required Skills :
- Experience coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects and acting as a liaison between building occupants, program teams, and other stakeholders
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with good judgment across diverse audiences
- Experience as a primary point of contact for projects or customer service roles
- Experience with workflow management lifecycle, tracking tasks to completion
- Coordination of multiple stakeholders and building usage, including access management
- Support for facilities and logistical requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to learn new software
- Ability to coordinate building usage, monitor schedules for projects, conference rooms, and co-use areas
- Manage petty cash fund
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for personnel
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

Education:
Associate degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years of experience
