We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This on-site role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of daily business functions and providing administrative support across departments.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations team and leadership
* Maintain and organize operational records, reports, and documentation
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars
* Assist with procurement, vendor communication, and inventory tracking
* Support onboarding processes and internal communications
* Help manage office logistics and supplies
* Ensure timely follow-up on operational tasks and project timelines

* Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
