Assistant Bid Coordinator Job Overview
Executive Glass Services Inc is looking for an Assistant Bid Coordinator who will assist with the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role, the coordinator will work with the Bid Coordinator. The Assistant Bid Coordinator must also ensure that deadlines are met, have excellent attention to detail, and possess skillful writing and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Position Responsibilities and Duties- Assist monitoring bid and pricing emails
- Locate past bids from office files and update them with new plans
- Print Invitations to Bid
- Respond to General Contractors to inform them of our bid status
- Enter invites in Bid Tracker
- Print Drawings
- Assist answering bid phone calls
- Create Architecture Share File for downloaded drawings
- Construction experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet
- Comfortable communicating with external General Contractors and Project Managers
- Experience with Smartsheet preferred
