Position: Senior Administration Assistant (Construction)

Senior Administrative Assistant

Rosendin is an employee‑owned electrical contractor offering competitive compensation, full benefits, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are looking for an experienced administrator to support senior management and improve operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct administrative support to a team of fourteen superintendents.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules; prepare and distribute correspondence (memos, letters, reports, and forms).
  • Maintain the East Region manpower list and coordinate manpower tracking, new hires, and classification changes.
  • Coordinate training schedules, enrollment, and tracking; support orientation and training events; manage online training platforms.
  • Maintain employee records, evaluations, and disciplinary actions ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Act as liaison between field operations and leadership; assist with union job calls.
  • Process expense reports and assist with workforce reporting.
  • Perform general office duties (filing, scanning, document preparation, travel coordination, IT support, and system improvements).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of administrative support experience, preferably in construction.
  • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Oracle preferred.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet proficiency.
  • Strong oral and written communication; self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS

The role is primarily office‑based with moderate to low noise; occasional lifting up to 30lbs. The position involves long periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, and bending.
