- Road test vehicles to identify any irregularities or potential issues.
- Conduct exhaustive visual inspections of vehicles - both inside and out, including the undercarriage, to locate any discrepancies or defects.
- Provide detailed written estimates of necessary repair work.
- Pinpoint possible warranty-covered repairs at the dealership.
- Execute approved repairs or replacements efficiently.
- Undertake post-repair road tests to assure quality workmanship.
- Clearly and legibly document all performed tasks.
- Maintain a pristine and orderly work environment.
- Have deep-rooted knowledge of vehicle repair and certification.
- Work seamlessly both individually and as a collaborative team member.
- Exhibit excellence in time management.
- Showcase sharp problem-solving skills.
