As an Automotive Technician at Car Max, you will diagnose, recondition, and repair vehicles to meet our high safety and quality standards.

• Diagnose, recondition, and repair vehicles to ensure safety and customer confidence.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems quickly.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or HVAC.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina (heavy lifting, walking, standing).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Where required by law, maintain ASE
  
  Certifications:
  
  Steering & Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Heating & AC (A7), Electrical (A6), Engine Repair (A1), Manual Drivetrain and Axles (A3), Engine Performance (A8), Transmission/Transaxle (A2).
