- Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
- Proficient in writing repair orders, upselling services, and managing customer relationships.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Experience coordinating with technicians and maintaining high CSI scores.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Ability to handle high‑volume customer interactions and manage workflow.
