Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with service needs.
  • Write repair orders and document customer concerns.
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings.
  • Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of service.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
  • Upsell services and increase service department revenue.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell recommended services and build customer trust.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
Desired Skills
  • Proficient in writing repair orders, upselling services, and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience coordinating with technicians and maintaining high CSI scores.
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
