** What You'll Do
*** Diagnose and repair complex issues with luxury vehicles, including but not limited to engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, to the highest standards of quality and precision.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
* Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company standards.
** What You'll Bring
*** 5+ years of experience as a luxury vehicle technician, with a strong background in high-end brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Audi.
* Advanced technical knowledge of luxury vehicle systems, including but not limited to advanced driver assistance systems, infotainment systems, and hybrid/electric powertrains.
* Possession of relevant industry certifications, such as ASE Master Technician or equivalent.
* Work with specialized diagnostic equipment and software, including but not limited to factory-level scan tools and programming software.
* Familiarity with luxury vehicle manufacturer guidelines and protocols, ensuring adherence to factory standards and procedures.
