Job Description Summary

Position Objective: The Fleet Management Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for customers participating in Sunbelt Rentals' Load Bank Fleet Management Programs. This role manages customer-owned load bank assets, ensures accurate tracking within Sunbelt systems, coordinates customer needs, assists in billing reviews and drives customer satisfaction and program growth.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Fleet Management customers and liaison between customers and the fleet management operations team; develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and account reviews; understand customer operational needs and resolve escalations quickly.
  • Fleet Program Administration:
    Help and deliver regular reporting to customers; support the operations team to ensure correct tracking of assets, coordinate shipments, transfers, receiving, and documentation, operational & technical coordination, provide repair estimates, updates, and completion notifications, track turnaround times and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Reporting & Program Performance:
    Prepare and deliver fleet performance reports; support billing accuracy and invoice review; identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion; partner with leadership to support renewals and new opportunities; participate in customer meetings and program presentations; identify cross-sell opportunities across Sunbelt's Power portfolio; perform any tasks required for customer satisfaction and success of the fleet management program.
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years in account management, service coordination, or equipment operations
  • Power Distribution or Power & HVAC, commissioning, data center experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with load banks and electrical testing equipment is a plus
  • Wynne system and CRM experience ideal
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $74,509.
