We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced construction or mechanical environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Kojo (formerly Agora) or similar inventory management platforms and will play a key role in organizing, maintaining, and tracking materials and tools to support field operations.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control
• Track material orders and deliveries using Kojo and other inventory systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and perform audits
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure timely material availability
• Lead and train warehouse staff on company procedures and best practices
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Manage tool and equipment check-in/check-out processes
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems and workflows

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience (construction or mechanical environment preferred)
• Experience with Kojo or similar platforms (Procore, Viewpoint, SAP, etc.)
• Proficient with tablets, computers, and barcode scanning systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
