Principal Supply Chain Proposal Analyst

Raytheon has an excellent opportunity within the Land & Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) organization for a Principal Supply Chain Proposal Analyst. The position is a highly valued pricing position within a dynamic organization focused on creating and supporting Cost Volume and Pricing efforts.

• Planning and scheduling cost proposals
• Coordination of cost, schedule, and technical data for the development of the proposal in line with the specifications of the Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Collection and accumulation of cost data in coordination with the proposal team as well as functional departments
• Researching and analyzing historical data from similar past performance programs
• Assist in the developing of cost models and strategies associated with the bid/proposal.

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience working independently and within a proposal team environment in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience supporting cost volume teams
• Experience with Pricing Tools used in cost development
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Background in proposal management and development, cost development, BOE development, and reading/writing/responding to RFIs and RFPs
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) process and the full business development lifecycle for US federal contractors

Salary range: 95,500 USD – 181,700 USD.
