Product Manager Key Areas of Responsibility Key roles requirement:- 5-10 years of Product Management experience
- Ensure profitable strategic investments by focusing on the most valuable opportunities
- Build strategic product roadmap and plan based on market potential
- Balance team capacity against demand
- Leverages market research, customer / user needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (e.g., target customers, markets, channels, value proposition)
- Ensure necessary governance across entire product lifecycle
- Own and define healthy product backlog for team
- Product strategy & roadmap
- Prioritization and release planning
- Discovery , design thinking & requirement specification (Features, Stories)
- Go-to-market strategy
- Advance understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum / SAFe)- PI/Sprint planning & execution
- Stakeholder management & cross-functional team collaboration
- Product analytics and performance measurement
- Ability to use AI as a force multiplier for product discovery, planning, and delivery
- Consumer / Business / Wealth / Corporate banking domain knowledge
- Understanding of technical aspects including API & Integration, Microservices & Event-driven architecture
- Customer-centric and outcome-oriented
