Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Business Analyst
SOLVERE is seeking a Management Analyst to conduct research and analysis to evaluate, integrate and improve planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for federal programs. The role ensures alignment with agency mission objectives, contract requirements, and regulatory frameworks such as FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific policies. This position serves as an advisor to leadership, manages and develops methods, plans and documentation to improve operations achieve long-range planning to produce and ensures high-quality deliverables across the program lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct research and analysis to improve program productivity.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; maintain risk registers and corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, agency supplements, and contract clauses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and cost control.
- Support best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance measures.
- Mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support workforce development.
- Support long-range planning, proposal development, and program growth strategies.
- 5-9 years managing federal programs or large-scale government initiatives.
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific acquisition rules.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-year programs.
- Ability to brief senior company officials with high-quality documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and decision-support tools.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Project.
- DAU Training (e.g., ACQ 101, PMT courses).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to pass NACI Background Check.
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs (documents, laptops, equipment).
- Ability to travel to government sites or contractor facilities as required.
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
