Location: The Learning Experience – Sterling, VA

Pay: $15–$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 2:00 PM–3:00 PM

• Safely transport school‑aged children from designated schools to our center
• Follow established pickup routes and schedules
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks before and after each route
• Ensure children are secured properly and follow safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Communicate professionally with school staff, families, and center leadership
• Follow all Virginia transportation and childcare licensing regulations

• High school diploma or GED required
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years (DMV check required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience driving children preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑oriented
• Ability to meet all Virginia childcare background requirements
