Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of proper installation of all types of siding, steep and low-slope roofing systems ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves supervising teams of roofing subcontractor crews and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Under limited supervision performing multiple duties related to the management and oversight of the day-to-day field operations of any given construction project, by communicating project milestones and timeline for completion with Project Management Team, Owners, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers and Office Staff in an efficient manner.
• Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project progress and address any issues.
• Monitor work performance to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct inspections and quality assessments at various stages of the project.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a roofing foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems.
• Installation of low sloped roof systems including TPO, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Compensation: $59,000 - $66,500
