Construction Project Manager

Role

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Project Manager at our office in Sterling, VA. You will oversee commercial flooring and tiling projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project cycle, from preconstruction through construction and closeout
• Organize and send required documentation to general contractors
• Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders
• Maintain documentation logs throughout project cycle
• Order and track materials, ensure proper installation of materials
• Oversee field managers and installers, ensuring safety and quality control for every assigned project
• Address critical issues in a professional and timely manner
• Assure the seamless execution of commercial flooring projects and prioritize client contentment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, project management, or related field
• At least three years of experience in the construction industry
• An understanding of project management methodologies, industry regulations, and best practices
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Change management and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in speaking and in writing
