Job Description
Supervise all personnel on the project, including skilled laborers, to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively. Collaborate with Superintendents to create work schedules, process and submit daily timecards for the crew, and monitor attendance and performance of the crew.
Responsibilities- Supervise all project personnel, including skilled laborers.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to create work schedules.
- Process and submit daily timecards for the crew properly and completely.
- Monitor crew attendance and performance.
- Correct improper work practices through training, reprimands, or coaching.
- Knowledge in Underground Stormwater development.
- Experience with Underground Utilities.
- Excavation Safety Knowledge.
- Trench Box knowledge (trench digging and trenching).
- Grading Knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the construction field.
- 5+ years of experience in Utilities construction as a Project Manager.
- Heavy civil and pipe laying experience.
Work at Underground Utility construction jobs around Northern Virginia, including Federal, Education, Data Centers, Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, and Apartments. Core business hours are necessary, typically from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
