Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing date center construction projects from site mobilisation though completion.
• Taking full ownership of day-to-day field operations, scheduling and coordination.
• Driving collaboration across subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Proactively identifying challenges and implementing practical, solutions-focused outcomes.
• Serving as a visible leader on site, setting expectations and maintaining high standards for safety, quality and performance.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Comfortability leading smaller projects with full accountability and autonomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a leadership mindset.
• Ability to problem-solve in dynamic, fast-paced construction environments.
• Willingness to work on site and support a growing regional team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and schedules effectively.
