Overview

We're on the hunt for a superstar Wide-Format Operator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver mind-blowing products to our clients.

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers (flatbed, roll-to-roll, UV, latex, or dye-sublimation).
• Prep files for printing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Monitor print quality and adjust settings to meet client specs.
• Install printed graphics, including signage, wall graphics, and window displays.
• Apply vehicle wraps and decals with precision.
• Manage inventory of materials like vinyl, fabric, and inks.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• 2+ years of experience operating wide-format printers or similar equipment
• Proficiency with RIP software (Onyx, Fiery, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of substrates, inks, and finishing processes is a major bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing and installation preferred
