- Answer incoming service calls and provide top-tier customer service.
- Schedule and monitor technician service appointments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience with a strong ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to reliably commute to Sterling, VA (or willingness to relocate).
