Summary of Primary Functions

• Under supervision, promote credit union products and services to members either on the telephone or in person.
• Provide counsel to new and existing members regarding the various credit union services with an emphasis on current promotions.
• Perform assigned member transactions as required.
• Depending on location and branch volume, may support other departments as needed up to 75% of the time, including inbound and outbound member service phone calls.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One to three years of experience within a financial institution with demonstrated success opening new accounts, delivering excellent member service, and processing and funding consumer loans.
• Advanced knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Ability to manage the workflow under minimal supervision.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and delivering a high quality of member service.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced knowledge of the credit union’s core system.

• Compensation and Job Title are commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
  • MSR I - $23.07/hr to $25.00/hr
  • MSR II - $25.87/hr to $27.00/hr
