Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative

Start date:

on or after June 1, 2026; maximum 120 days.

Full-time position; pay $19.00/hour (40-hour week).

• Thursday-Monday: 3:00 pm–12:00 am
• Tuesday-Saturday: 5:00 am–2:00 pm

• Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolution
• Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment
• Notify management of any vehicle problems and required maintenance
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, run reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
• Leadership experience may include organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in last 3 years)
• Ability to handle physical aspects: working outside in various temperatures, standing long periods, bending, squatting, moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation
• Seasonal position; may work up to 180 working days during defined season
