Position: Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator
Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Answer incoming client phone calls and assist walk-in customers;
Create and update electronic customer records and internal tracking items;
Manage customer email correspondence regarding estimates, scheduling, documentation, payments, and follow-ups;
Follow up with clients on open estimates, outstanding invoices, deposits, and unpaid balances;
Assist customers with navigating the online payment system while securely handling financial information
