Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Second Shift (B)
Location: Sterling, VA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
Pay: $22.50/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our business, providing outstanding service and solutions to every inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison for customers regarding service, product inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of tickets, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization.
- Partner closely with a designated team member to support daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a call/contact center environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence in interacting with both clients and technicians.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to tackle challenges proactively.
