• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and service needs

• Provide information about products and services offered by VIOCProcess transactions and handle cash and credit payments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service received
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the customer service area
• Collaborate with technicians to communicate customers' service needs effectively
