Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and provide top-tier customer service
• Schedule and monitor technician service appointments to ensure timely service delivery
• Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services
• Resolve customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service experience with a strong ability to interact with diverse customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to reliably commute to Sterling, VA (or willingness to relocate)
