As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you'll help shape meaningful after‑school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high‑energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

High School diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work in a large setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs

Must pass a Background Screening and Central Registry check
