Job Description:As our community in Sterling continues to blossom, Aya Montessori is expanding our teaching team. We are an established, close-knit school deeply committed to authentic Montessori philosophy, serving children from birth to age 6.
Our facility was intentionally built from the ground up with the child—and the guide—in mind. We are currently seeking a Lead Guide for our upcoming Primary classroom who is passionate about building peaceful, nurturing environments from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Montessori Diploma (Primary) or current enrollment in a Montessori training program.
• A calm, nurturing presence and strong classroom management skills.
• A deep understanding of and love for authentic Montessori principles.
• An open, respectful mindset, ready to thrive in a bilingual, faith-enriched community.
