Job Description # Critical Infrastructure Senior Project Manager
* 5+ years' experience working in on-site construction trades (e.g. mechanical, electrical, general).
* 5+ years of on-site construction trade vendor management.
* 5+ years supporting Data Center projects or working in Critical Infrastructure environments that are live.
* Knowledge of Data Center Electrical and Mechanical systems
* NFPA
70E Certification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
* Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems
* Detail oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to understand building systems and construction drawings
* Ability to identify risks and impacts of project activities and propose effective mitigations
* Ability to move and stand for up to 8 hours
* 2+ years’ experience leading retrofit projects in a data center
* Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
* OSHA-30 Certification
