- Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
- Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS)
- Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
- Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives
- Provide insightful status reports, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for multiple customer stakeholders
- Proactively monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in crafting project review briefings for executive-level milestone presentations
- Foster collaborative relationships through timely, precise communication with customer and contractor stakeholders
- Represent the customer with authority and expertise during key test events
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor s Degree in an engineering field
- Minimum of 9 years of systems engineering experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a technical advisory role as a bridge between technical teams and high-level leadership
- Demonstrated expertise writing requirements documents, test plans, standard operating procedures and other standard engineering documents
