Mission Critical Construction Manager (MEP) – Entry Level (GRAD)
Our Digital Infrastructure Group has been at the forefront of building the next generation of communication infrastructure for over 40 years. We specialize in everything from network development to complete telecom life cycle solutions, datacenter retrofits and modernization, to full datacenter buildouts.
Responsibilities- Assist in estimating, cost control, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Manage change orders, risk assessment, and risk management.
- Conduct forensic schedule analysis and earned value management.
- Measure and report progress, perform productivity analysis and calculation.
- Oversee subcontractor management, vendor management, and field engineering.
- Support site safety and overall product quality compliance.
- Recent graduate (2023 or later) with a 2‑ to 4‑year program in construction management, electrical, mechanical, or technical certification.
- Local Virginia candidate; must be available onsite and arrive by 6:00a.m.EST.
- Strong computer literacy, proficient with Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to maintain efficiency and productivity in a fast‑paced work environment and communicate effectively with project members.
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
Virginia project office. Targeted work hours are 6:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.EST, Monday through Friday.
CompensationHourly rate: $20.00 – $23.00.
