Senior Cyber Test Engineer; Onsite Security Clearance

This role is a senior cyber test engineer on a high‑visibility CNO development team. The engineer will make a direct positive impact on the customer's needs and mission by verifying product consistency and quality throughout development. Responsibilities include engaging with internal and customer stakeholders to derive system requirements, reacting to mission needs, understanding the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, integrating them with various technologies to build a realistic test environment, creating a test plan, building and maintaining custom test frameworks, and generating thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a mission‑focused mindset. A technical background in networking and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Technical leadership experience in leading small teams.
• 3 years test engineering or related experience.
• 3 years experience with offensive cyber operations.
• 3 years experience developing in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language.
• 3 years experience working on Linux/Unix systems.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, routing, and VPN.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interface with customers, end‑users, technical leads, and program management.
• TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.

• Experience building test automation frameworks.
• Experience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile mindset and methodologies.
• Ability to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategies.
• Experience using virtualization technologies such as Docker.

Requires a degree in a technical discipline.
