This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands‑on learning within a collaborative environment, supporting the design and evaluation of electrical facilities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include assisting with job‑site visits, preparing detailed job packages, evaluating electrical loads, and supporting construction practices.

• Engineering degree is required
• Technical design proficiency using GIS/CAD tools and construction drawing preparation
• Basic electrical engineering knowledge, including load evaluation and utility standards
• Strong communication and field coordination skills for site visits and client interactions
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer-based project management tools
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
