Company Description

Structures.

Aero (SDA) engineers the future of flight by delivering advanced structural design and analysis solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. With nearly three decades of experience, the team supports demanding air and space platforms, including next-generation UAVs, manned aircraft, orbital vehicles, and reentry systems. SDA’s core strength is composite-focused engineering, helping clients improve performance, reduce weight, and accelerate certification, whether transitioning from metallics or optimizing existing structures.

The company provides full-spectrum support across the product lifecycle from conceptual design and stress analysis to validation, testing, and manufacturing support. SDA’s team has been major contributors on iconic platforms such as the B-2 Stealth Bomber, F-22 Raptor, NASA’s Orion Crew Module, Boom XB-1, Electra EL-2, AAI Aerosonde, Blue Origin’s Human Landing System, and multiple other aerospace programs.
