What You'll Do

• Drive innovative product development from concept through manufacturing, ensuring designs meet performance, durability, and reliability requirements.
• Lead the ideation and development of subsystem and system-level architecture concepts through creative problem solving.
• Design, build, and evaluate high-fidelity proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Perform detailed mechanical analyses, including FEA, tolerance stack-ups, testing, and validation activities to ensure robust product performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, manufacturing, and other stakeholders across domestic and international teams.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Continuously expand technical expertise through hands-on product development and engineering challenges.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, testing results, manufacturing processes, and compliance requirements.
• Support product development through all phases of the lifecycle, from early concept and prototyping through validation and production launch.
