The Lead Systems Integration Engineer is a strategic and hands‑on technical leader responsible for integrating, testing, and advancing complex DoD software systems. This role leads system integration efforts across subsystem and external system boundaries, while developing the automation, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and secure infrastructure needed to support reliable integration and deployment. The Lead Systems Integration Engineer provides technical direction, mentors engineering teams, and establishes reusable integration, test, and deployment practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across programs.
