Job Description Event Registration & Support StaffWe are seeking 4 reliable, energetic Event Registration & Support Staff to assist with an upcoming special event in Sterling, VA
.
Location: Sterling, VA 20166
Date: Sunday, October 4
Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Staff will assist with event setup,
guest registration and check-in
, attendee support, traffic direction, and breakdown following the event.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Manage guest registration and check-in
- Welcome attendees and provide directions
- Assist guests with general questions and event information
- Direct traffic and guide guests to designated areas
- Help keep registration and event areas organized
- Provide general event support as needed
- Work collaboratively with the onsite team
- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
- Comfortable handling guest registration and interacting with attendees
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable being on your feet and assisting with light setup/breakdown
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
