Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

What You’ll Contribute

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting financial performance, and providing insights to support business decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic financial planning.

• Manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial results.
• Partner with senior leaders across the organization to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision‑making, including ROI analysis and pricing analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support business performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicate financial results and insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams.
• Develop and manage a team of financial analysts to support the business.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
