Axon is seeking a Manager of Equity Compensation to own day-to-day administration of our equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP). The role interfaces with Accounting, Payroll, Legal, Tax and People Operations and reports to the Senior Director - Head of Financial Reporting & Equity.
The position is based in Axon’s US hubs with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Fri; remote Mon unless noted). You will manage grants, exercises, reconciliations and 10b5-1 plans, and prepare SEC
