• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with injured worker populations and related rehabilitation strategies

• Graduate of a college or university with an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Master’s degree or equivalent is advantageous
• Minimum of two years’ staff supervisory experience in a clinical or physical therapy environment strongly preferred
• Active physical therapy license in the state of Virginia preferred

• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
• Willingness to cover either Springfield or Sterling office locations
• No evening hours for patient care
