Right at Home is hiring In Home Caregivers holding a CNA, HHA, or PCA Certificates throughout Northern Virginia with a minimum one year homecare experience.

Our caregivers and nursing assistants serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun. We give you the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work with pay increases offered based on your choices! Our nursing assistants care for hundreds of clients every day with various schedules including part time, full time, live in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend.

We care for clients in all locations including in their private home, in Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities. If you need assistance with obtaining a certificate to provide personal care tasks, ask about our Work-It-Forward Program!

Must hold a CNA, HHA, or PCA Certificate and have at least one year of homecare experience.

• Provide personal care tasks to clients in their private homes, assisted living communities, and independent living communities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Document care activities and maintain accurate records as required by company policy and state regulations.

Base pay rate ranges between $22.50-$25.00 per hour and is associated with your certificate held (PCA, HHA, or CNA). You can then earn additional pay increases for specific shifts and clients based on the outline below:

• Weekend caregiver pay increases – +$2-$4
• Couple care caregiver pay increases – +$6
• Visit rate caregiver pay increases – +$5
• Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases – +$2
