About the Role:
As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you'll work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support. This may include:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with medication management and other health-related needs
Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Document care activities and communicate effectively with the care team
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
Valid driver's license (if applicable)
