Towneplace Suites Dulles is seeking an overnight Guest Service Agent to balance and close the previous business day and prepare daily financial reports. You will serve as manager-on-duty during the 3rd shift, handle check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, and assist guests with local information while upholding Towneplace Suites' service standards.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of guest service experience, and preferably night audit or accounting experience.
