Laundry Attendant - Full Time - Hampton Inn & Suites Cascade - starting at $16.25​/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage all soiled hotel linens, terry, and food & beverage table linens by operating laundry machinery to B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of linens: sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, inspect, transport, organize all hotel linens and maintain equipment clean and in working order.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests, adhere to health regulations, and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Work as a team player to meet guests and department needs, assisting with housekeeping service requests.
• Follow guest service recovery program and understand other department efforts.
• Maintain a safe work area in compliance with brand, local, state, and federal regulations, inspect for maintenance needs, and report issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols regarding use of chemicals and emergency procedures.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to produce required volume of work, following attendance, grooming, and appearance policies.
• Participate in required department and hotel meetings.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused, and ability to perform job duties in repetitive and fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds during shift.
• Significant bending required.
