What You'll DoLead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts

Serve as a resource for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Oversee performance management and employee development programs

Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and professional growth

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1+ years of HR management or leadership experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
