We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR professional to join a growing organization and support a broad range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR, from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement, benefits administration, and day‑to‑day employee support.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner to leadership and hiring managers while helping to foster a positive employee experience across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time and grow into a broader HR leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of positions across the organization
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring manager schedules
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and E-Verify processing
- Support benefits administration and serve as a resource for employee benefit‑related questions
- Partner with managers and leadership on employee engagement initiatives and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and management
- 5–8+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Manager
- Strong recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management
- Experience supporting employee relations matters and HR operations
- Knowledge of onboarding processes, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and HR administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to established processes and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, team-oriented, and service-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
