Easterns Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and dynamic Dealership IT Support Specialist to join our team. - Maintaining and troubleshooting our Microsoft environment, including software and hardware issues across all dealership locations.
- Managing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring services and products meet our standards and needs.
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and support of dealership‑specific software such as CDK.
- Providing field service support, including setting up and configuring printers, scanners, PCs, and other technology equipment.
- Ensuring all IT‑related operations adhere to industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Have proven experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to dealership or automotive industry environments.
- Be knowledgeable in Microsoft environments, dealership‑specific software (e.g., CDK), and general IT hardware.
- Possess strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and supporting non‑technical staff.
- Be self‑motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple dealership locations.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field service responsibilities.
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
