We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in support of Federal Government clients. As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the Service Now platform.
Responsibilities- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the Service Now platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Service Now best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Integrate Service Now with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay current with Service Now updates, patches, and new features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Now Developer.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer Certification.
- Strong proficiency in Service Now scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Angular
JS. - Experience with Service Now APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Service Now Certified Integration Specialist Certification.
- Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements.
- Knowledge of GRC, HR, and CSM Service Now applications.
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly to be considered for this role.

CompensationFor this role, our typical salary range starts at $125,000 and stretches up to $175,000. But here's the deal – we're not about capping your potential.
